The Deal Street Arts & Community Center is a community artsy event and charity hub, located at 1537 Deal Street, Studio #15, Philadelphia, PA 19124. I fully understand and agree to follow the Policy & Procedures of the Deal Street Arts & Community Center. I fully understand this is a family-friendly facility with events for all ages. I fully understand this facility is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility. I fully understand this building has many independent businesses inside, and all attendees are expected to be respectful of other business owners and other business owner's customers. I fully understand the Deal Street Arts & Community Center lease a limited portion of the facility, and does not have ownership of the entire building. I fully understand the Deal Street Arts & Community Center is not held legally and financially liable for facility construction or infrastructure. I fully understand this facility is not wheel chair accessible. I have been instructed that the main entrance door and event space door has spring closing and closes automatically, and to be mindful my body, children and items when coming in and out of the facility and event space. I have been instructed that there are 2 bathrooms on the main level, and 1 bathroom on 2nd level. I have been instructed to be careful and mindful going up and down the steps. I fully understand there is no running inside the facility or event space. I fully understand that facility is under 24 hour security video surveillance. I have been instructed of all of the fire exits and emergency building procedures. I fully understand there are wet floor signs on location to caution to be careful when floors are wet. I fully understand that it is my responsibility to be vocal to staff, aware and cautious of my own food allergies. I fully understand that the Deal Street Arts & Community Center is not responsible legally or financially responsible for any form of physical accidents, food allergies, and any form of incidents with attendees, staff and other business owners. I fully understand every guest should be treated with respect no matter of their race, gender, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. I fully understand the Deal Street Arts & Community Center has a 0 Tolerance Policy for violence, bullying and discrimination. I fully understand every attendee must have a ticket through Eventbrite to attend events at the Deal Street Arts & Community Center. I fully understand this is a cash-less facility and all sales must be made through digital payments or through money order. I have been instructed of the policies and procedures, shown all of the bathrooms, exits, safety instructions and ready to enjoy my event.
